H Series Maintenance Kit

Note: In order to qualify for our extended warranty, DV Systems air compressors need to be properly maintained with our official maintenance kits, in addition to being registered online here.

The ‘MK-K100-4000’ Maintenance Kit is used to service the air compressor at approximately 4000 hours of operation, and includes:

• 2 x Oil Filter → DSC-624
• 1 x Inlet Safety Filter → DSC-001849
• 1 x Scavenge Line Filter → DSC-612

The ‘MK-K100-8000’ Maintenance Kit is used to service the air compressor at 8000 hours and includes:

• 2 x 5 US Gallon Pail (19 litre) Oil → DEV-3000
• 2 x Oil Filter → DSC-624
• 1 x Air Filter → DSC-001849
• 1 x Inlet Safety Element → DSC-001880
• 1 x Air/Oil Separator Kit → DSC-001810
• 1 x Scavenge Line Filter → DSC-612
• 1 x Scavenge Line Tube → DSC-482
• 1 x Thermo Valve Repair Kit → DSC-001811
• 1 x MPV Repair Kit → DSC-001813
