— William Monteith, General Manager of Zenetec Collision Repair
When we asked William Monteith, General Manager of Zenetec Collision Repair Centre, a 28,000 sq. ft. state-of-the-art facility in Barrie, Ontario what he thought about his DV Systems air compressor, he paused for a moment, then said that it’s so quiet, reliable and efficient that he doesn’t even think about it. He’s able to focus on what matters the most, his family-owned business.
Immigrating from a small community in Northern Ireland in 1989, Martin and his family decided to settle in Barrie. Wanting to provide a good life for his family, Martin employed his entrepreneurial skills and opened his first accident repair shop in 1992. Only 2,500 square feet and employing only one part-time technician, Martin dedicated his time to building the successful family owned and operated business he is so proud of today.
As business continued to increase, so did the expansion of Zenetec. The year 2000 marked the construction of the Zenetec Collision Centre you recognize today. Our Tiffin St. location is a state-of-the-art 22,500 square foot facility servicing approximately 250 cars each month. It is one of the largest accident repair facilities in Ontario, providing auto body repair service and auto glass replacement to Barrie and the surrounding area.
Zenetec has expanded again to 499 Veterans drive. Seeing a need for high quality collision service in the south end of Barrie, Zenetec is opening a second location at 499 Veterans Drive. This location will feature state-of-the-art collision repair equipment, a car wash and free self-serve vacuums.
Zenetec Collision Centre now serves the Barrie, Ontario market with two state-of-the-art facilities, 22,000 and 28,000 square-feet, respectively, and offers comprehensive collision repair services, such as: collision repair, auto glass, film, dent repair, car wash and cleaning.
Zenetec's collision repair process employs Symach European technology (the second collision center in Canada to introduce the Symach Drytronic system) and their state-of-the-art bodyshop and skilled, certified workers guarantee express service and first-class performance for all phases of the repair.
